Second grade will be having Pastries for Parents Friday, April 27, at 8:15 a.m.  Each student may invite one gentleman and one lady to celebrate with.  We will prepare breakfast for you and do a small presentation that lasts about 45 minutes.  All students will stay at school after the presentation. We look forward to seeing you!

Our field trip to the Safari Zoo is Thursday, May 3! We are excited!

Achievement Tests are Monday, May 7 - Wednesday, May 9.  

Awards Day for First Grade through Eleventh Grade is Friday, May 11, at 1:00 p.m.

Last Day for students is Wednesday, May 16!

We had a great time at the Recycling Center!  

Parent Teacher conferences for this nine weeks will be on Monday, April 16, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. If you haven't signed up and want to, message me for a time.

There is no school on Good Friday, March 30 - Friday, April 6.

I will send more information home after break, but I wanted to give you the date so that you can mark your calendar. 

Spring pictures were sent home. If you don't want to purchase, you must send the packet back. If you do want to purchase, you pick the ones you want and send the payment in with the pictures you do not want. Please return those as soon as soon as Spring Break is over.

There is no school on Good Friday, March 30 - Friday, April 6.

3/19-3/23

All students need a King James Version Bible as soon as possible.

We need volunteers on Wednesday, March 21. Lunch and snacks will be provided. If you can help, please call the main office soon.

Sixth Grade is selling walking tacos and snacks during lunch on Wednesday, March 21.  The walking tacos will be $3.00.  They are raising money for their class field trip.

Snow Packets are due on Friday, March 23.

Students will be released at noon on Friday, March 23.  

We will have an Easter Party on Thursday, March 29.

There is no school on Good Friday, March 30 - Friday, April 6.

Everyone is getting tired and is ready for Spring. We only have a few more days until Spring Break. Second grade is working hard on being respectful, kind, and loving. Please encourage the kiddos to always do their best!

3/12-3/16

Spring Pictures are this Tuesday, March 13.

We will be having our Easter party on Thursday, March 29.  Let me know if you would like to help!

I would like for all students to bring a King James Version Bible by Tuesday, March 13, to leave at school.  Our goal for our final nine weeks is to learn all the books of the Bible and be able to look up scripture by book, chapter, and verse. I have a few extra Bibles that I will bring to school. It is a requirement for Third grade to have one to keep at school, so they will be able to use it from here on out anyway. Please make sure it has both the old and new testament and that it is small enough to keep in their desks.

We are working in class with this week's spelling words.  We will not have a test on Wednesday, March 14. 

New Bible verses will come home on Monday, March 12.

Students will be dismissed at noon on Friday, March 23.

There is no school on Good Friday, March 30.
