It's April!!

Pastries for Parents will be in the new gym at 8:10.  After you drop your children off at our room, you are welcome to head on over and just find a seat.  We will be there shortly.

Picture packets and orders are due on Wednesday, April 5.

Friday-Psalm 23

Achievement tests will be Monday, April 10-Wednesday, April 12.

Our Easter party will be on Thursday, April 13.  Spring Break is Friday, April 14 - Sunday, April 23. 

We need some dollar items for the treasure box if anyone would like to donate.

There will be no school on Friday, March 24.  

Pastries for Parents will be on Monday, April 3, at 8:10.  We want to show our appreciation to our parents.  If you can, please join us for breakfast and a little surprise!  A note with all details will be sent home early next week.

Congratulations to our Science Fair participants: Matty, Elijah, and Andrew for winning Second Place!  I am so proud of you!!

This is the last month for the Book It program! Let's get those  pizzas while we can!

The third nine weeks ends on Thursday, March 9.  I can't believe we will be starting the final nine weeks of this year already!

 

Spring pictures will be on Friday, March 10.

 

Tests this week: Thursday, March 9, Bible

 

We are doing Spelling differently this week.  There will be no Spelling test next week on List 24, however, there is a Spelling assignment.  We are working hard on writing good, complete sentences.  Students will need to write 10 complete sentences using List 24.  I chose 3 words for them, the 3 vocabulary words, but they may choose the other 7.  Sentences must be written in cursive writing and must be in complete sentence form using a capital letters and correct punctuation.  PLEASE check their work.  Assignments must include the student’s name and a parent signature. These sentences are due on Wednesday, March 8.  If you have any questions, you can message me on Class Dojo or stop by and see me!
