We will have our Bible test on Monday, February 2.

We will be having our Valentine's Party on Friday, February 13. The students are making a craft at 1:30, and then we will start the celebration at 2:00. I will send a list of class names home soon for valentines.

We have a busy week this week!

No School on Monday, January 19!

D.E.A.R Day will be on Tuesday, January 20. Please bring some books to read.

It is Homecoming Week! Please dress up and participate as much as possible.

Please make sure students are working on addition and subtraction Math facts.  They need know these by memory. The Dollar Tree has Math fact cards for a dollar that will help. Also the website: www.abcya.com has several good math fact games for second graders.

Spelling words must be written in cursive writing and definitions must be written with vocabulary words to be counted as bonus points.

Please check the blog on snow days.  I will post a few short assignments by 11:00 a.m. for the students to work on.

New Bible verses were given out on Friday, January 9.

We will have a Spelling Test on Wednesday, January 14 on List 17 that was sent home on Friday, January 9.  It is a shortened list due to the snow days that we had.

Report cards were sent Tuesday, January 6.  Please return all envelopes signed by Monday, January 12.
