First and Second Grade would like to celebrate our 100th day next Friday, January 22.  We would like each student to bring $5.00 by Tuesday, January 18, to cover the costs of snacks and crafts.  Also, we would love for the students to dress up like they are 100 years old on Friday.  We are looking forward to a very fun day!

Thursday: Math
Friday: Bible Psalm 1:4-5

Spirit Week: January 25-29

Thursday-International Day
Friday-School Color Day

Theme Verse: II Chronicles 20:15 ..."Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army.  For the battle is not yours, but God's."

Also, we will be doing a "Battle of the Grades" song for a Lip Sync competition.  We will be doing "I Will Follow Him" from the movie Sister Act.  Please encourage the students practice this song as much as possible.
