We have some exciting activities going on next week.  Monday, October 10, is the Literature Fair.  Our class will have a project on The Quiltmaker's Gift.  Everyone has helped with the project!  It looks great, and I think the kids have had a good time learning about the different parts of the project!

Tuesday, October 11, we are having an all day D.E.A.R. Day (Drop Everything And Read).  The students may not wear pajamas, but they may wear comfy clothing because we will be on the floor some of the day.  They may also bring a small pillow and blanket.  I am planning several activities.  If anyone would like to come and help or read to the class, let me know and we can schedule a time.  Also, the students may bring books from home to read on their own throughout the day!! I am looking forward to a day that is different and relaxing for everyone!

New Spelling Words (List 6) were sent home on Wednesday, October 5, and new Bible verses were sent home on Thursday, October 6.
